| DLGL established a new subsidiary with its charter capital of VND 30 billion |

DLG has approved the establishment of Duc Long Mineral Exploitation and Processing Company Ltd whose charter capital is VND 30 billion and head-office is in Gia Lai province. Duc Long Gia Lai Group (DLG) has announced the Management Board’s Resolution dated 14th, July 2012. Accordingly, DLG approved the establishment of Duc Long Mineral Exploitation and Processing Company Ltd whose charter capital is VND 30 billion and head-office is at Lot E6, Tra Da IZ, Pleiku, Gia Lai. The subsidiary’s Chairman is Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan. In addtion, DLG also approved to rename Duc Long Gia Lai Granite Exploitation and Processing Company Ltd as Tay Nguyen Mineral and Metallurgy Company Ltd, and increased its charter capital from VND 12 billion to VND 300 billion. DLG’s capital contribution into this subsidiary after its charter capital increase accounts for 19.5 %. At present, DGL has 21 subsidiaries which include Duc Long Da Nang JSC, Muoi Tung Traffic Construction JSC, Duc Long Gia Lai Wooden Processing JSC, etc. These subsidiaries’ business activities are well-diverse: wooden processing, granite and mineral exploitation, real estates, construction, etc.Newer news items:
